چکیده

The effects of reaction conditions on the yield ethylene and propylene from pentene cracking were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor at 500–750 °C for weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) 15–83 h−1. total reached maximum (67.8 wt%) 700 57 In order to explore mechanism high temperatures, thermal/catalytic proportion model was established. It found that feed chemically adsorbed with acid sites cracked through catalytic above 88.4%, even 750 °C. Ethylene products mainly derived rather than thermal 650–750 addition, suitable network deduced estimated. results showed monomolecular increased 1% 500 95% selectivity temperatures due intensification reaction. After 20 times regeneration, acidity pore structure zeolite had hardly changed, conversion remained 80% 650

Catalytic Cracking of Butene to Propylene over Modified HZSM-5 Zeolites

Catalytic cracking of butene to propylene was carried out in a continuous-flow fixed-bed reactor over HZSM-5 catalysts modified by nickel and phosphorus. The structure and acidity of catalysts were measured by N2 adsorption, NH3-TPD and XPS. The results revealed that surface area and strong acid sites both decreased with increasing phosphorus loadings. The increment of phosphorus loadings reduc...

Mechanistic Insights into the Desorption of Methanol and Dimethyl Ether Over ZSM-5 Catalysts

The desorption of methanol and dimethyl ether has been studied over fresh and hydrocarbon-occluded ZSM-5 catalysts with Si/Al ratios of 25, 36 and 135 using a temporal analysis of products reactor. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, N2 physisorption and pyridine FT-IR. The crystal size increases with Si/Al ratio from 0.10 to 0.78 μm. The kinetic parameters were obtained using the Red...
